TOURNAMENT CREDITS


 

Tournament Credits are how we pay out tournament prizes for top finishes, contest prizes (e.g., closest to pin, long drive) and volunteer reimbursements (e.g. Starters and Finishers).

 

GUIDELINES FOR USE OF TOURNAMENT CREDITS

 

  • The primary way you use Tournament Credits is to pay tournament entry fees
  • Tournament Credits are updated shortly after each event, as such they are not "real time".  There may be overlapping signups for tournaments so be sure to keep track of your balance when overlaps occur to be certain you have sufficient balance to fund your entry fees
  • When you do not have sufficient balance to fund your entry fees you credit/debit card will be charged for tournament entry fees
  • You cannot use partial payments for entry fees

 

END OF SEASON BALANCES

 

  • If you have a remaining balance at the end of the season (following the Club Championship event) you will have the opportunity to redeem Tournament Credits as follows:
  1. To pay your membership renewal for the new season.  You must have sufficient funds for the full membership cost to use this option, or
  2. Redeem for gift cards (typically Amazon or Roger Dunn/Worldwide Golf), or
  3. Donate to the Griffith Park Golf Club
  • Notifications will be sent to all members at the end of the season as a reminder that redemptions are available.
